1. An ant on level ground is 4.54 meters from the foot of a table. If the angle formed on the top of the table from the ant is 45 degrees, how high is the table?
2. The taut string of a kite forms an angle of 45 degrees with the ground. If 498 meters of string is let out, what is the height of the kite above the ground?
